At F.A Samples, we aim to deliver your fragrance samples quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

1. Delivery Area

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. Orders placed with international delivery addresses will not be processed.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Delivery Method & Time

We use Royal Mail for all deliveries.
Estimated delivery time is 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Please allow extra time during busy periods (e.g. holidays or sales).

4. Delivery Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. These may vary depending on order size or promotions we offer.

5. Order Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed.
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email.
Tracking may not be available for all orders depending on the shipping method.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or missing orders caused by incorrect shipping details.

7. Lost or Delayed Orders
