F.A Samples provides small samples of various fragrances. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. All products sold are physical samples intended for personal use.

2. Orders & Payments

• Orders can be placed through our website only.

• We accept Debit Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

• Full payment must be made at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We use Royal Mail for all deliveries.

• Estimated delivery time is 2–3 working days after dispatch.

• We only deliver within the United Kingdom.

• Please ensure your address is entered correctly; we are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect details.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of our products:

• All sales are final.

• We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof.
